1. No Refunds – Exchange Only
We do not provide refunds for any products purchased through Sparkliee.com. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will offer an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Wrong Item: If the product you received is not what you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct product.
- Damaged Item: If the item you received is damaged during shipping or faulty upon arrival, we will exchange it for a new one.
2. Exchange Process

- If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product or damage), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you simply change your mind or order incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Exclusions from Exchange
We cannot accept exchanges for:
- Opened or used products (unless defective).
- Personal care products (e.g., makeup, skincare) once the packaging has been opened.
- Sale or promotional items that are marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
- Customized products (e.g., personalized items).
4. Processing the Exchange
